TCS compensation

My CTC is 7 LPA now. A 10 LPA from TCS. Is it a good offer ?

Experience 3.9 years.

Given that it's TCS it's really good, but 12.5 is smthng u should go

Requested for 14 but they reduced it to 8.5 again negotiated and made it to 10. Later again negotiated to bring it back to 9.5. I disagreed and tried to reject the offer. So later they agreed for 10 LPA.

I don't think you should join tcs, try to get some more offers.
