TCS compensation

My CTC is 7 LPA now. A 10 LPA from TCS. Is it a good offer ?

Experience 3.9 years.

Given that it's TCS it's really good, but 12.5 is smthng u should go

Requested for 14 but they reduced it to 8.5 again negotiated and made it to 10. Later again negotiated to bring it back to 9.5. I disagreed and tried to reject the offer. So later they agreed for 10 LPA.

I don't think you should join tcs, try to get some more offers.

It's not that good, but still okay. You can accept the offer and resign. Try to get better offers while being on notice period.
