TCS - Company with Ethical and Moral Values Anymore?
At some point of time Brand Tata and TCS was considered company with high ethics and Moral value ...Do you think its same now..
We will be fair, honest, transparent and ethical in our conduct; everything we do must stand the test of public scrutiny. .is this correct?? Please comments reason for answer ..lets check reality

Ethics and Morals are not for internal employees (we are a part of TCS and we show ethics and morals to the customers)
TCS is maintaining high values with clients! My client extended their business for 5more years. They do like TCS coz they won’t over change them! They never negotiate on the budget and all!
Brand value of TCS is still there in the market. Just employees are unhappy. Board is happy and customers are more than happy.
Values Ingrained at TCS:
Leading change.
Integrity.
Respect for the individual.
Excellence.
Learning and sharing.
Respect for Individual is lost .. Top Management don't have respect for people working day in and day out for them..
Forget TCS... Meta, Amazon, Google se fired login ne bhi yahi bola hoga..no company has ethics and values they are myth in capitalism. Real is only money..you are generating for yourself and company.
