
TCS CHRO Sucks!
CHRO is a fucking a$$hole This time TCS has not cared about how much you are performing and delivering, but for them this RTO was important. I pledge to stop putting efforts in delivery, let CHRO and their team take care of delivery for all the IT folks who were deserving performers but have not got deserving bands.

Why only HR? Top management is full of toxic people. When the top management is toxic then eventually rest of the low level managers will be toxic.

Yes this applies for all top management folks who are like vultures

Real scenario leads, sr associates, billable associates with billable experience candidates are affected in bands by managers.
If the Fucking managers putleast band when we are work with client as a billable resource. Associates should send an email to client so and so reason I can't execute the task as per my delivery plan, if any delay my manger is responsible. client reply to the email na.

At 4.47 score i got B band i was expecting A . Was it degraded because of RTO compliance? I dont think so as i was on rto exception and my rto compliance was good .

At 4.42 I also got B band , very disappointed

Mine IPF is 4.5+ and 85% plus RTO every quarter But this time out of the blue they come up with office hours funda Where the hell it is mentioned in policy that 3+ hours will be compliant and less than that ll have band impact

The only thing which can hurt these people are the numbers, why I find so much passionate people working so hard let's underperform for 2 quarters, target the vertical from where our own ceo is, watch the Domino effect. The only problem is that we are not considered under labour laws, no employee Union is there, or else just imagine if anything like that happens and all the VPs are sweating.

Seriously regretting joining tcs even after working for one year did not get deserving band . Definitely leave this company by this year end . Hope karma hits back the people playing politics for deserving candidates
