TCS CEO salary NOT increased effective this hike cycle

Lots of discussion abt the CEO salary since morning. Guys. Chill. It is FY25 salary. Which means he got this hike last year along with our hike. (i.e. effective 1st April 2024. NOT 2025)

For this year, there is no update abt his salary hike.

So the assumption that 'TCS CEO salary is increased w/o giving hike to TCS employees' is WRONG.

What do you even mean!! We haven't got FY 25 hike which he received as you can see clearly or you don't understand!!

FY 25 means duration from 1st April 2024 to 31st March 2025. We all have got hike effective 1st April 2024. So we received hike in FY 2025. Now, we haven't got hike effective 1st April 2025. So we are yet to recieve hike for FY 2026. Hope it clarifies.

Whether he got hike for laat year...or this year or next year.... I think being at the topmost position when his employees are not being given QVP and hikes on the name of poor performance of company...he should have voluntarily denied hike..... Thats what Real leaders do...

So, does that means the CEO didn’t get a hike last year and continued with the same salary a year before that ?

FY2025 means duration from 1st April 2024 to 31st March 2025. So the salary hike which CEO received last year, was effective 1st April last year, just like all of us received our hikes. From 1st April 2025, FY 2026 begins. & There is no mention of any hike for this period.
