TCS CEO K Krithivasan’s salary increases by 6.3% in FY26 to Rs 28 crores per annum

Why is it that employees receive smaller salary hikes, while corporate board members and executives continue to get significant increases? I am struggling to earn even ₹50,000 per year. For any raise or approval, it seems the decision lies with HR, CHRO, CEO, CFO, board of directors, and external consultants. But who actually grants approval for associates like me?

That’s the irony of this shrinking ship tcs. They didn’t provide increments to employees and khud hike le liya lol
