Tcs is good only for people if you shut your mouth and work as a puppy to your managers.
Bark when they say...eat when they feed and chase once they say go puppy go.
They sell their self respect for money and force you and make situations for you to do the same as you need to survive.
TCS managers and HR are always in sync and can mould any sentence they say as it will never be documented on mail and all conversations will be over call or whatsapp so that people cannot produce proofs. And if you wish to document and send MoM you will get threats in a very polite way.
Make people work in the name of comp-off and later don't even give them the deserved value for the same.
Nepotism and favour the core values of TCS nowadays.
You might be capable enough and prove yourself multiple times but if you are associated with billing from the client your talent and work matters nothing. You will be forced to work as a support person and your aspirations and career will matter nothing.
I know people will say if you have a problem why don't you move on, so let me clarify the same to those people, mistakes happen in life and rectification takes time. Everyone has to support at home and keep the life going. People answering in the favour don't understand because they are getting what they want because chaplusi ka bina yaha kuch nahi hota...Par let me remind today it's me and many others like me but there will be more of me and some day all these people will also go through the same. Badla sab lete hai usse nai toh kisi aur se. Just knowing and seeing the fact that something is not right is enough to speak against it. But for money people are ready to let someone go through mental depression and push him/her to a point that he/she give up on their life is not correct. I promise I will hit all these people back if not professionally then personally. A loss of a single person creates havoc in family but no one knows who and how they get pushed to take decisions like this.
A kind request to people who are ready to sacrifice their team just in the name of company business and money don't forget today it might be someone else but tomorrow it might be someone close to you or your family.
I am maintaining names who ruined me and I promise I will equate each and everything and balance will be given back.
We are not employees we are money cows.
Maybe for some accounts. Not same for all. Bro it is all about requirement. If there is requirement for support they wont give u development job. No one stops you from studying and switching. There are lot of opportunities outside as they r inside TCS, need to find good projects
I don't know what has happened to you, but I can feel your pain.
Just learn a lesson from everything that has happened to you without keeping grudges on anyone.
Just focus on your own self and think about how you can get out of the current situation safely and smartly.
Someone has rightly said that: TCS is not the only company with this environment. Also, there can be some good projects within TCS as well.
I hope you get a good project within TCS, or a good Job in another company.

I agree with you. And I am on that same path. First I will take myself out of this pothole. But regarding holding grudges, if you don't speak today the whole world is gonna keep you below the shoes. And I believe in speaking the truth on the face and I have also but people here have no moral grounds and no values what they have is only greed for money. I can guarantee these managers will be ready to sell their own for money now either they be their father, mother or wife or child.
And also let me mention if not today tomorrow these people who have no technical understanding and no management skills other than manipulation of words are going to rule each one of us as we are just cash cows for them and they keep us like that ready to dispose you carrer with not even a single percent guilt.
Well said Well expressed, its seems similar my story each single word just like written for me, now i cane to know there are many within tcs facing same trauma even you gave them everything in return you are just a Billing making asset for them and nothing else. Want to write more words more about what is happening inside me and inside tcs…

Yes this is the hard truth about tcs. So better leave or do not join. But laterals never listen, what to do .
This is true!! It's corrupted I was surprised when the underperforming , no Talent ppl who are escalated by client on their technical skills and accountability are getting promoted. 3 years in TCS I had witnessed such pathetic scenarios

I think you need to calm down first. I know you may in very difficult situation and some situations are not easy to ne resolved. I respect your mindset right now because I can not assume what difficulty have you been through. But I would like to calm down and make a plan whatever you want to do in order to better this time.
