TCS C2H Position

Don’t join to TCS C2H position. I joined as C2H position with TCS that was the mistake I make in my life, Regretting now. They will didn’t notice our work and will not help to stay in project. Join the TCS with contract position if you don’t have any choice. Rather than please don’t join into that trap. If you join please don’t work hard they will treat like outsider of company. Just simply spend one year and make experience put on your skills and swift the company asap with more hike. I am the critical resource on the project but the project have the cost cutting so they will target on C2H persons first and terminating them suddenly without any notice.

Don’t join with any contract position in your lifetime try to join full time with product based company only.
