TCS does have a notice period buyout option, but it's not straightforward and needs approval from your manager and HR. The buyout amount is usually based on your basic salary.

Basic pay is low only right , unlike other companies which have high basic pay , tcs has less basic pay.
So will it be the 90*30 days of basic pay
Like if my basic pay is 20k per month, do I have to pay 60k to get out, because hiring companies are asking for immediate joining
