TCS Brazil

Hi all Heard from someone that TCS is opening it's offices in Brazil. Can anybody confirm/deny it or add to it? Also, if it is true, is it worth asking managers for Brazil onsite? How is the economy there compared to India? Will I be able to save something there?

For reference: I am C2 with 5 years of experience and total CTC 13.56 LPA.
