TCS is a great stepping stone. Stick around for 2 years, get solid experience, and then switch to IT or consulting roles for better pay and growth. It’s a proven path many have taken successfully.
Even within fin-tech processes, try to go for roles that pay better than pure voice-based work. Finance or tech-heavy processes usually offer better compensation.
TCS BPS offers a standard 3.5 LPA for freshers. It’s a solid starting point in the BPS vertical.
BPS growth slower than IT. But more stable usually.
Upskill in analytics/Excel. Opens up better roles.

I'm a BCA 2024 graduate, I got an offer from TCS as Graduate Trainee for 2.8 LPA.
I'm thinking of joining it and upskilling myself and leaving after the probation period( 1 year).
As of now, I'm mid at coding, but I can pick it up fast...
