tcs bps salary worth joining as fresher?

Got offer from TCS BPS. 3.5 LPA. Worth joining or should I try for core IT roles? How's the growth in BPS compared to IT services?

TCS is a great stepping stone. Stick around for 2 years, get solid experience, and then switch to IT or consulting roles for better pay and growth. It’s a proven path many have taken successfully.

Even within fin-tech processes, try to go for roles that pay better than pure voice-based work. Finance or tech-heavy processes usually offer better compensation.

TCS BPS offers a standard 3.5 LPA for freshers. It’s a solid starting point in the BPS vertical.

BPS growth slower than IT. But more stable usually.
