TCS BPO2 Promotion

Hello Guys,

I have 3.16 years experience in TCS joined as fresher😵. Currently I'm in "BPO1" Grade, and I survived 2 years in BPO1.

Now is there any possibility to promote "BPO2" grade.

Now I got "B" band , last 2 years also B only.

Already I'm in SRE project only asking for role/Domain change, Atleast I'm expecting this "BPO2" promotion🫤🫤🫤

Does anyone have any ideas ?
