TCS Bond

I am a fresher and I have been here in TCS as a ninja candidate for 6 months. I have signed the bond for 1 yr. So if I resign at 9th month and then serve 3 months of notice period, do I still have to pay the bond?

Yes you can resign at 9th month. But make sure your last working day is at least 1 day after your 1year of bond.

As per labour law, any company can not hold any kind of agreement which let employees to hold in company. You can read these labour laws. It doesn’t matter if you signed any bond/ agreement but it is not mandate to pay it as per laws.

Entirety depends upon ur RMG and HR , If u are ina project they wont relase u before 3 months notice periods.. But some cunning RMGs can release early and then u will have to pay the bond fee.

Resignation will not count usually, read the bond agreement carefully and discuss with HR/Reporting manager to get the clarification
