TCS blacklist policy

Hi guys. I was working with TCS in 2017 (I worked there for 3 years). Then, during COVID, I left to work in my family business. I served my notice and everything. Now, I want to get back into the corporate world. Would TCS take me back, or do they blacklist ex-employees? What is the TCS blacklist policy? I have never worked with any other company, and I want to get back into TCS only as I have references there

I have also worked in TCS for about 3.5 years and I have to resign from my current position because to pursue masters in my field. After completing my studies for 2 year I thought to give it a try back in TCS. After discussing with my previos ex team colleagues said that there is a chance to get back in TCS if I have resigned and completed my notice period completely in good terms. After hearing this I have contacted the TCS HR to get the details about TCS blacklist policy and the HR team said there is no as such thing if you have that skills and criteria which TCS needed now. So if you are considering returning do not worry and consult with HR to more detail.

Hey! So, here’s the deal. My friend is working in TCS for past 5 years. After discussing with him about your matter I got to know that it will be not a big deal for your matter. As you said you have references then I think it will be very helpful to you rejoin in TCS back. My friend said TCS blacklist policy generally does not ban ex employees if you have left on good terms completing your notice period on time. So, don’t take stress just reach out to you references or contact with HR to get more info on this matter and see if they are open to welcoming you back!

No no. There’s no such blacklist policy in TCS. If you’ve done something wrong while working at TCS, probably sharing sensitive client information or maybe picked up a fight with a coworker, they would’ve fired you aur blacklist alag se. Lekin if you’ve mentioned your reason clearly about leaving the company, they would have no grounds for blacklisting you. You can check their website about the rehire policy if you really want to rejoin TCS. I think that would give you clarity.

I don’t think TCS has any blacklist policy for ex-employees. Now, if you’ve had joined the company and just one day stopped showing up or logging in then they might blacklist you. This actually happened with someone I know. As far your case is concerned, I think they will rehire you if you have served the notice period and everything. They might just ask you once the reason about leaving the company earlier so make sure you tell the same reason jo you said the last time.

TCS rehire policy

My question is from TCS HR and employees: does TCS hire their ex-employees? I have heard that they do not rehire the people who have resigned in the past. I worked with TCS back in 2017; it was my first job right after college. I was the...

Is TCS Rehiring Ex-Employees?

I recently attended an interview with TCS and was wondering if they are actively rehiring ex-employees. Has anyone been through the rehiring process or knows how things work? Would love to hear your thoughts and experiences! 😊
