Tcs billing of its resource

I m offshore java developer, c1 grade but joined with 6 years exp. Tcs charging 21.5 per hour to us client. 3870 per month, its TNM ptoject. And I was getting around 58k INR per month and quarter pay 12k🤣

80 to 100 dollar per hour at onsite

35 to 45 dollars per hour at an average

It's btw 65k - 75k dollar yrly per developer from offshore

It differs based on location, experience, technology, role, type of project etc. it may be different for each customer too.

I don’t know the amount but there are charging different amounts for onsite and offshore team members
