TCS BGC URGENT HELP
I had filed a petition in court to correct the spelling of my name in my 10th, and 12th grade CBSE marksheets.
This administrative request for record rectification does not involve any legal charges, criminal proceedings, or disciplinary actions.
The case has been resolved successfully, and my records have been updated accordingly.

Are you involved in any pending and / or closed Civil / Criminal / case / proceedings / charges / enquiry prior to joining TCS.
Are you involved in any pending and / or closed Disciplinary / malpractices and / or any other charges / proceedings / enquiry / case pending against me in any University or any other educational authonty / institution prior to joining TC
The answer would be a big No, this is no criminal case and whatever it is, it's Closed.
Unnecessarily checking Yes would mean they might even reject your BGC without verification.
