Does anyone have the details of the new bench policy, one of my colleague moved to rmg and when asked about the new bench policy they are not sharing any details.
What happens to ppl who are in bench for more than a year?

It is effective from June 1st 2025 so if an associate is on bench for more than 35 days, HR action will get initiated in such cases. This is shat it is written in the document. You may refer to it, it is on Knowmax in Ultimatix

I have personally seen people in bench for more than an year that was recently.

More than a yr associates gets terminated. It happened in TCS recently.
