TCS Bench period changed

Tcs rolled out new bench policy : Get project within 35 days of bench, else TCS can take disciplinary actions (including cessation of service).

Policy says 225 working days of allocation in 12 months is required- Total working days ~260, so, bench period allowed 260-225 = 35 days.

Is this true ?

When you are on the bench and you have skills don't give interviews only in tcs you can try outside if you get any job in another company better to join there with a good hike Nowadays, a lot of micro management is going in tcs.

Suppose I joined a project they don't have work so released me. I went on bench for 3 weeks. Later got into another project but I don't like it. So released. After 3 weeks on bench I joined another project. It went shutdown. So I had switch multiple projects in the same year. Now definitely my billing period will be less than 225 days. Will TCS terminate or take some action? What will they do in such situations? It is clearly not the mistake of the associate
