L***D , TCS beats Accenture & Cognizant. At least they are providing good hike & sallery to their employees & all employees are satisfied. but here in TCS Not even 1 single employee is happy with it’s Bullshit policy , Hike , Band & all.
I heard Accenture is also asking its employees to come to office but one of my friends their manager gave a free hand ! If you are comfortable come else wfh ,their team meets once in 3 months for 1 week may be ! But that freedom could be bcoz he is in higher roles
