TCS Bands out, But Where Are Our Salary Hikes?

Performance bands have finally been released, but our wallets are still waiting for the promised refresh! As Money Control reports, TCS has officially decided to delay wage hikes this fiscal year. CHRO Milind Lakkad clearly states that "because of the uncertain environment we will decide during the year on wage hikes. It can be at anytime, depending on business." With Q4 FY2025 results now out and bands visible in the system, TCSers are now left checking their portals daily for that elusive increment notification.
