TCS Bands and Hike

Does hike depend on band ? If yes any idea what percent of hike do A, B and C get ? And what are other factors that affect the hike ?

Depends on Business Unit too .. BFSI got the most as far as I can see from other posts

It depends on A for me 7 % may be my salary is High but I came to know some are also getting 11 % for the same A .For B also it's vary from 2 to 5 and for C it's 1 %
