Tcs Band release 2025

Any idea when TCS will release band? This is my first hike in TCS, so not sure what is the process. Do managers discuss with individuals for band as-well? I got my IPF 3.96

Depends on your unit. In my unit, I am giving B band for 3.7 to 4.1 4.2 and above for A band in my unit
