Tcs band process

Has anyone got A/B band with a rating in the range of 3-3.5 ? Also does your final rating average out based on multiple project end appraisals , if so does it affect band distribution in the current project? Or the band only depends on the current project manager/Hr and is influenced only by the current project rating ?
