This is disheartening and demotivating. So hike is based on office attendance and not the efforts someone put into project.
I should've just gone to office and put in bare minimum then.
I'm definitely gonna get a C.

Could be true, bcoz for one week i ask for wfh, was travelling to native place. My manager didn’t had issue of me working remotely, but he indirectly said better apply leave and then work, to avoid any RTO in-compliance, eventually I took leaves instead wfh

They want full productivity but Zero% hike .
What the hell...

I have an RTO Exception approved so attendance problem i will get right regarding bands?
