Tcs band disagreement pro/cons
Anyone know what will happen,if we disagree the band in speed? What would be next action?does really TCS revised band of disagree?

6 month time it takes. Also, rare case band will change. 0.01% chance.

My manager saying if not happy with band then don't agree on speed.i raise disagree and drop email to hr and speef manager. Not sure what next?

I raised disagreement on Wednesday (17 apr) and post 2 days Friday (19 apr) dropped mail to Reviewer and HR. HR responded like discuss with reviewer. No response from reviewer yet, will wait for next 2 working days and take futher action.
