TCS attrition rate in next 2-quarter due to current termination of employees and culture mess

Due to bad culture moves and mess created by TCS management and the way they are terminating the people without paying 3 months notice payment, I am very sure TCS will soon see the attrition rate more than 20 to 25%. Many companies are terminating the people but they are paying some compensation to employees to keep their life going. But TCS has crossed all the limits.... and terminating the people in the name of policy.....

TCS in india is completely irrelevant now. Even people are finding difficult to find bride when they are working in TCS now. 😂

TCS wants attrition to improve profits. Also getting job will be more difficult because many companies are laying off employees, all these individuals will be immediate joiners and work for whichever company gives an offer. Companies prefer cheaper labor, they will take advantage of these terminated employees.

One thing I want to say is that agree TCS has the lowest salary structure who joins as a fresher or upto 5-6 years but here there are lot of opportunities are there which if somebody wants with dedication they can earn it and with along with that till now also TCS is the company which somehow provides stability to a certain extent for an associate during Covid times lot of people were laid off from big companies with big salaries but tcs is the company who doesn't laid off even I got employed during Covid only so those people who are eating the salary of the company and after making joke of company or getting abusive sometimes they should leave the organisation and try to see the opportunities outside

I also agree that TCS is lacking in some areas example The bench policy but apart from all this what is matter is during this global macro environment we have the jobs or not

Same thing people told about attrition when TCS started 5 days WFO, but nothing happened.

WFO doesn't hurt people's emotions, it doesn't create a fearful work culture, but this policy war has created the bad name of TCS, attrition wouldn't happen in a day, but slowly it will create a ripple effect on people..... that is the reason, I created the poll next 2 quaters...not in month....

They are enjoying attrition(forced&voluntary exits). Not only TCS, other companies as well. But in front of media they appear as they are concerned. This is very common for them as they rule top tier of IT co's.
