Tcs asking for all the documents before moving to the next round.
Hi, I recently interviewed with tcs. Now they are asking me to fill each and every details needed for a background check even before the HR round is completed. Is that normal and is that allowed?
Details include salary slips, identification proof, college marksheet and almost everything. The HR has been reaching out again and again for this. This is really weird conservation we haven't discussed anything yet. Has anyone faced this yet?
Same for me as well, a few days back after clearing the technical interview, next day I got call and mails to upload the doc and soon after the next day HR called me for salary discussion and sent salary structure to accept over the mail after that I didn't get any response..
Does It mean I'm selected? Can I expect the offer letter soon??
