🔥 TCS Appraisal? More like a Corporate Scam. 🔥
Enough is enough.
TCS expects employees to stay loyal, overwork, skip personal life, and deliver on tight deadlines — all for what? A slap in the face during the appraisal cycle?
Instead of rewarding hard work, they cut performance bonuses, reduced existing CTCs, and still have the audacity to brag about record profits and hire new employees with better offers. What kind of corporate circus is this?
How are people supposed to survive in this economy? Inflation is at an all-time high — groceries, rent, bills — everything is going up. But our salaries? They're going backward.
This is not just demotivating, it's dehumanizing. You build your company on our backs and then turn around and treat us like we’re disposable? You want loyalty without respect? Commitment without compensation?
Guess who is wrong here. It's us. They are openly scamming us and we are still here. We are at the fault. Nothing will change here. Even if we leave in mass then they hire in mass. There won't be anything that would effect them. It's just that we leave here and try to manipulate others from join here that all
I have explained people in my office how they are openly doing illegal things to us, will make sure to tell external people as well.
And if you disagree with the band, they will make up Cock Bull Stories by noting down what you didn't do.
It's more like you are nearly dying due to work, still they have something or the other you did not contribute..
