TCS appraisal decline process and it's meeting for discussion is "sham" !

Had a call with the manager under him/her I have worked for the project for over a period of 2 months. Because I had joined the project and within 2 months the project was called off and the team was dissolved. So it was during the appraisal cycle.

Today I connected with them so they told me that you just connected with us for a short period of time so I can't give you a good band. Why the f *** you keep a band reversal or disagreement meeting then ?
