Tcs appraisal

I got released from my last project and the project end appraisal rating was 3. Does it affect my band in the future while raising for a second project end appraisal. Is both the ratings are considered or only the last project in which I'll be working on will decide my band?

Both ratings are considered. HR averages them out. Your final band is influenced by multiple factors, including project budgets and managerial discretion. Keep communicating with your manager.
