TCS Aniversary Related

Hi Team,

My doj in TCS is 24 July 2024 and this year I am going to submit my anniversary appraisal in the next 10 days so my question is after initiation when the manager approves then I'll get retention money? Or there are no issues if I am.applying or not.

Second what I need to choose there is two option 1st one final aniversary and second one aniversary AE something like that please suggest I am highly appreciated your response.
