TCS & RMG
Why RMG People are so bad in TCS When I am in project everythink looks good and decent but not sure when in RMG what is the issue why loss of respect and unethnical behavior with associates is there Like I have literally saw these people raising there voice, and micro managing people with dress code. like seriously..

These RMGs are actually very poor in communication and lack basic etiquette that are needed in professional job. They are like any 3rd class private store job and want to control the people. I sometimes Pity on these guys..

yes correct.. just some excel work they do... and I have literally saw them shouting on senior devlopers 🤣like what is happening in tcs .. some one who is making niche skills code they are shouting on the same person for wearing jeans instead of trouser 🤣

Whatever I have experienced on bench with RMG is not at all professional. They don't know what to write and how to write. 3 years back in one of the email he wrote IPL inplace of ILP and his RMG head of that department was copied in that email 😂🤣🤣🤣😂. They even don't know proper communication English. In every email they were having grammatical mistakes which were very critical and communicating different meaning. This is how TCS RMG HR department works.

They have targets and Kpi as well and lot of associates who go on bench have ambitions to work from onsite with little or no experience so thats why they are frustrated.

yes I agree.. there should be standard procedure to achieve to this .shouting on people.. forcing them this is not proffesional behaviour
