It's kind of wasting your time. Overhyped and unnecessary. Remember terminations are happening irrespective of any technology, they don't even care what skills you have while kicking out. They are only seeking who is earning more and who are liabilities to them that's hit.

if you have knowledge no one can terminate you and even if they do it is their loss not yours. so stop worrying about termination and start building yourself so that no one could replace you.

What is build phase ? In my account manager forcefully asked to submit ideas now they are saying build . What we need to do ? Do we need to work on our ideas like code development?
