TCS- A Family with no Ethical or Humanitarian Values

You have an emergency it's your problem... Return to work. You have some medical issues... Return to work. You have family responsibilities... Leave the family and return to work. You Don't have time to do other things... You are doing less after clocking 15 hrs for 7days. You want weekends to relax... Buisness is more important you might get sick but TCS reputation for work shouldn't go down. You have office location issues... Shift your home with the project ODC. Work..work...work....no pay..no relaxation..no growth..no understanding..no help..fake assurances..fake concerns..dual faced management..HR threats.. Someone ill doesn't matter you work.. You are ill doesn't matter you work.. Someone does doesn't matter you work.. You died doesn't matter move on find another one and kill them.

Except RTO (if u hv seat allocated to your office/ODC), agree with everything. TCS has earlier 3 days WFO but many people didnt follow that and many gave fake reasons to stay at home. Because of those people they have now implemented 5 days WFO strictly but people are still trying to findout loop holes in that

They didn't have incentives for people to return to office, Salary hike for the past 3 years was shit, without any incentive how will they come back

If the people have a problem, the company has a problem. It's possible to find silos within the company that work better for you, but your career and progress will always be hindered by an adverse higher management who are only interested in filling their pockets before they retire. Perhaps they are interested in company interest too, but only from a shareholder point of view, never ever with any concern for employees. Ramu kaka can tell himself.

Bro you are fighting for only 1000 rs don’t take too much anything in TCS especially these non Techincal managers don’t know anything about the project or Task , keep it simple put a massage in group log off open your laptop once you are back , put medical leave in morning than log off , they can’t do anything if your manager in targeting you don’t start political game ms with in the team nothing will Happen

Bro I understand your pain but these days ethics don't exist anywhere in any company. No one gives a damn about us they all just want to do everything and anything for themselves. This is the only truth I am observing these days. Sad truth.

My manager is so lol, that he doesn't know who will get the hike or who will not. I joined in March and repeatedly he told that people who joined as lateral for past 2 years they are not getting any hike, he says,"why are you even expecting hike in TCS"?. AND THEN I got 2% with C band, which offcourse IDC, but still got something. The amount of unawareness these people have is commendable. Such nonsense people. I think people who are working do hard getting 7% hike, so I am getting 2% without working, the diff is 5% which I can easily make from trading equity and fno. So I am least bothered about anything else except, salary time se de de bass 🤣✅️

Okay, What If I don't work or do even meagre work! I have already started extending deadlines and I don't respond quickly to urgent project deliverables, my plan to get release but I don't know how much I should give it to them.
