Tcs

I have heard that in tcs there is almost no work and people get salaries for almost free. And pressure is almost non existent. Also they never fire anyone. Is this true? And how do I apply lol.

Someone I know was hired in TCS for a UI/UX role. The project got cancelled, then they put him on a spreadsheet job. That too at US hours so he had to work at night. He plead them to at least give him work at IST hours. They didn’t listen. Finally he got frustrated and quit.

So sure, they won’t fire you, but they will put you in horrible situations and won’t value you at all.

Have been in TCS. Work pressure: depends on the project, but generally it is low and repetitive Firing: none Hikes: lol

But believe me if you’re really interested in engineering then TCS is not a place to be at.

Tons of project work is there on outdated tech stack, which no cos is willing to bet upon. And tcs takes up those projects. ... So work wise plenty. Quality of work, the way of executing it just SUCKS!.
