TCS ....4.5 years of exp .....40 L housing loan rejected
Hi all, Please wait before applying any loans till this bad reputation is controlled. I applied few weeks back and it was IP. Today, itt rejected. Inface I gave advance ti builder...What to do??
40L price home u want ? Just plan investment spending wisely based upon your income and job certainty. People just try to spend the most essential ones to carry on in life working in TCS. Later on after layoffs people blame I have high emi's and all etc.
You're applying for a 40L loan. That means your in-hand is 1 lakh+, are you a MBA graduate?
At 9% interest and 30 year tenure, the emi comes to around 32k.
A salary of 75-80k inhand should land you in a comfortable enough zone to take out this loan, provided your age is under 26-27. Post that, responsibilities start to rack up, but it's not far fetched either.
Bhai backup he? Agar company se nikala to koi other option he EMI pay krne ka ? Chalo nikala company se itna confidence he ki dusri job milegi 2-3months me? Koi support hoga to no issue you can apply loan from different bank, loan to milegi aasan he abhi loan ka.

No you are wrong it is not only about reputation but also your pay scale, credit score and someone solid who can pay Instead of you
