@BlueNick4 Basic salary is very minimal in TCS as compared to other MNC's. Gratuity and PF are also included in your salary. If you share your compensation, I can give you the exact in hand figure including tax because I stayed at TCS for more than 6 years.

Thanks a bunch! This amount they discussed in my final round, but I have not received the letter yet, let me discuss with you again once there is an update, this discussion happened on the 18th, not sure when they will release a letter.

If your package is 27lk and your in hand salary will be around 18lk after deductions, tax, variable , performance bonus etcs..

After tax/insurance deduction 20LPA variable pay think as bonus if u get .. try to negotiate variable reduction to 10% because in 20LPA last year I got with minimal variable 17LPA
