The way policies are changing and the way HR is threatening, it feels like going to a school. Higher management doesn't want to do anything, it's all employees responsibility. This HR's (puppets of Higher Management) behaves like they are running the show.
Non - billable people trying to show us the power, forgetting the money they get is something we earn for the company.
TCS's future is dark. Employees leaving the company and a complete lobby of employees against the higher management, but still all kinds of nonsense happening.
Flexibility is no longer an option. Either you work as a slave or just live with the consequences.
The company is trying to steal from their employees in the name of compliance and rules.
The downfall of TCS has started.
