Tc$ Switch advice with 4YOE

I’ve received an offer of 15 LPA from Ďeloitte. Currently, I’m earning 8.1 LPA (as of Apr-2024) at Tc$. How much should I ask for in Tc$ to consider staying? Also, is it better to stay at Tc$ or move to Ðeloitte?
