last time i checked they said NO GST on completed flats with OC. I dont knwo if they have changed it.

But am ok with this robinhood taxation. If someone can afford to buy a property for 2CR. Then can pay 5% GST.

Someone can afford? Brother where do you live in?? In the cities where all workforce lives which is Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad the average price of a decent 2bhk flat is 2crores, that also if you are lucky. I am in Pune, even here you guys can find a decent 2 or 3bhk flat for minimum 2crores. Real estate has gone mad in our country and people won't be able to buy their dream homes even if they earn enough money because taxes with add more to it
