TAX treatment in TCS
Hello All!!
Can anyone give me better clarity on Tax manager In TCS !!
Can we not declare or project tax in TCS in any portal?
Today I selected Old tax regime by default it was new tax regime !! No in the month of April pay how tax are calculated??
And do I submit Rent agreement and ELSS docs and other tax exception documents now only ???

If you have selected old regime then you need to declare tax exemption in GESS as soon as you can. If you fail to do then more tax will be deducted if you submit a tax exemption request, once approved then it will be considered for tax calculation
