Tax refund post rectification
Is refund credited for anyone post rectification of tax request? I received “Return Processed with refund due” status on 24 September after submitting rectification request but have not received the refund amount in my bank account yet. Any idea what should be next step? Income Tax customer care number is not picking up calls to get clarity
Income tax porta , go to services - know your refund - choose 24-25 and then check the status
Sometimes bank will take time , for 10 days to refund your money specially SBI .
I submitted the rectification request to reprocess the itr. Itr got processed at cpc successfully and got the intimation letter of the correct refund amount. But after 3-4days again got an email by saying your rectification request is rejected.
Reason - as latest rectification record got loaded and accounted .
They are saying to file a fresh rectification , i am looking for an expert advice , what to do in this situation.
