Tax query on new tax regime

Is CTC is 13 Lpa and in that PF+Gratuity is 1L . As per new tax regime 2025 no tax till 12 LPA and standard deduction of 75k So ideally 13L-1L-75k = 11.25 L so there will be no tax for this?? Anyone clarify me on this

anything below 12.75 under new regime won't attract tax. Given it's your ctc, without looking at your compensation structure, one can say more than 25k would be contribution of company towards yours PF. So, anyhow you won't be crossing tax bracket
