Tax query on 12 LPA

Hi guys I have got offer of 1200006

6 rs more than the 12 lpa.

Just want to know should I except or should I ask to reduce for the tax issue ?

Tax is 0 up to 1275000 as per the new tax regime

Plus you can also claim employer pf and nps contribution as deductions in new tax regime. So don't worry till you make 13.5lpa
