Trending @Accenture; Tax proof submission

Can anyone help here in understanding whether we should upload the tax proof in allsec portal compulsorily during April/May when the portal is opened during that FY or can we get it done outside of accenture? I'm confused..

You will get emails saying the window is open to submit the proofs and you have to submit on portal.. last chance to submit proofs for FY is during dec first week.
