Trending @Accenture; Tax proof rejection (HRA) due to rental agreement

Hi, on Friday I received a mail regarding rejection of tax proofs and the window they provided to submit again 3 working days and nw I’m getting a mail to submit on 6th EOD, how is sat-sun are working days? Can we request for extension of this window, bcz it is not even correct.
