Trending @Accenture; Tax for Variable pay

Hi, i got 8.6% variable pay this time. My fixed is 11 lpa. But my vp amount is 50000. How is this calculated? If it is 8.6% of fixed it should be more right? And they mentioned 30% tax is there for vp. Will they reduce tax from this 50k? Someone please clarify on this
