Tax Declaration

I want to do tax declaration. I have LIC policy and will pay premium in Dec 2024. How should I do declaration for the same as I have to submit document now. Could you please someone help me on this?

The only option is to pay the December premium in advance. That is now itself and then upload the receipt copy and details in tax declaration form.
