Tata technologies vs monocept offer

I an angular developer with 4 years of experience currently I am an immediate joiner and I have offer in hand from Monocept consulting and Tata Technologies both are providing equal compensation. So previously I have worked in startups. What will be the best decision for now. Which one should I go for. Thank you
