TATA Motors Service improved ?

Has the Tata motors commercial vehicles improved their car service? Their cars are good but had very bad service experience with them in the past. Have they improved it now or still the same old poor car service standards ?

I own tata safari in hyderabad. Nearest service centre was tejaswini madhapur. It the worst car service centre ever. They will make car condition even worst than before we give our car to them. I will never buy tata again.

I faced a very similar situation for 7 years until 2019 with my TATA venture car service.
Looking at how there sales has increased and popularity, I assumed it had become better. But looks like they just don’t upgrade.
