Tapory management

This my first post just I come with experience like how gunda/Tapory management is being done and who has face what kind of tapory management in his life during corporate job. I would like to give some examples and request rest to shares theirs. Examples are the following

1. If one member is working from different locations always give him bad appraisal regardless of his performance and if he fill low morals thretend him Looping higher management.
2. If you have to save money sack some of them and remaining will complete all the task of sacked person and his own in fear make this trained for long time to benefits the organization by killing human values. Etc..
